We Custom Measure Each Property and Create and Illustrative Floor Plan

You don't have to measure or understand any part of the process. We measure all the rooms and other areas and produce the plans without your involvement whatsoever. We just need someone responsible at the property to be there while we measure, it can be someone from your office or the homeowner, If the property is vacant we have a Sentricard.

How long does it take?

From the time you place the order you should receive a call from us within one business day to schedule the measurement appointment. The measurement process, takes less than two hours. After measurements are taken we will e-mail you the file within 4 to 5 business days.

The final cost will depend on the square foot area that we measure. Since the final cost is not known at the time the order is placed, we charge you for the base cost at the time of the order and adjust the charge based on the actual area after the work is complete. The charges are:

Base cost – $120 covers up to 2,500 square feet of measured space
Each additional 500 square feet or portions thereof – $15

At the time you place the order we will request payment from you for the base charge of $120. Once the house has been measured and the plan is complete we will know the square footage of the property and will bill the difference, if any, between the $120 you already paid and the final cost.

For example, a home that ultimately measures out to be 3,240 square feet will cost $150, which is the base cost of $120 plus $30 for the additional area above the 2,500 base area included.

Garages, decks, basements, and any other area we measure are includible for pricing purposes even though they are not part of the living space within the residence.
